ELISA kit for quantification of OVA(Ovalbumin) from chickens. The pre-blocked and coated microplates with capture antibodies and the use of enzyme-labeled detection antibodies enable easy and rapid measurement. It is useful for experiments on OVA kinetics in vivo.
・Quick measurement: test results in 2 hours and 15 minutes
・Can be performed at room temperature (no incubator required)
・Easy to use: microplates that can be used without washing after opening
・Compact package
・Quantification of OVA reagents for experiment
・Evaluation of transfected OVA expression
・Determination of OVA concentrations in blood and milk
| Measurement range | 0.78 - 50 ng/mL |
|---|---|
| Detection limit | |
| Curve fit | 4-parameter logistic, or cubic formula recommended |
| Within-day imprecision | CV <3% |
|---|---|
| Between-day imprecision | CV <14% |
| Intermediate precision | CV <14% |
OVA sample solutions were measured in triplicate x 6 times and the reproducibilities were evaluated.
| Sample | Dilution ratio | Recovery rate(%) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal serum | Mouse | 1:10 | 96.5 |
| Rat | 1:10 | 97.6 | |
| Human | 1:10 | 94.5 | |
| Rabbit | 1:10 | 103.5 | |
| Dog | 1:10 | 103.1 | |
| Bovine fetus | 1:10 | 105.2 | |
| cell culture medium (10% bovine fetus serum added) |
RPMI | 1:10 | 99.5 |
| DMEM | 1:10 | 103.7 | |
Each serum and cell culture mediam (RPMI and DMEM with 10% bovine fetus serum) were used as samples.
It was shown that dilution of each sample by 10 times or more was sufficient to measure OVA accurately.
